Inclinable or “c” frame Presses Designs are Convenient model for various application , for easy handling of material enabling an individual to operate The machine independenly and also feed can also be provided for increased production. The Advantage on inclining the machine to the back is that the material falls with weight of  gravity itself Which allows easy low cost workability with smooth handling of component and scrap.
The Design as such ensures toughness to bear excessive jerks & long thus eliminating chances of any deflection during opration, besides box type slide gives additional grip for self alignment & accuracy plus strengthening  structure of frame.
Design of four side gib ram hole & ‘T’ slots gives additional gripping for self alignment for longer life eliminating chances of wear and tear of punch and die ends.

 
1. Knock-out bar stands provided for top ejection of material conveniently adjustable from left & right.
2. Reachard system for Quick & easier setting of dies from pressure Screw has greater Smoothness.
3. For Convenient Setting of various die additional bed plate stands provided with center hole as per requirement an ‘T’ slot.
4. Jack for inclining the machine Is provided to bear load & easy operation to allow the matter to fall at the back.
